Fraser Richmond Soil & Fibre Ltd. (FRSF) has been in operation since 1993. We have become the leader in composting and selling manufactured soil products in Western Canada. As FRSF sought to grow the business and contribute to the emerging B.C. clean technology sector, we began to collaborate with Harvest Power Canada Ltd. to explore renewable energy production. These discussions led to close cooperation and in October 2009, FRSF became a wholly owned subsidiary of Harvest Power Canada Ltd.

Our site is special: we pioneered novel and unique technologies that have exceptional odour control and productivity. Our award-winning Richmond facility processes hundreds of thousands of tonnes of organic materials every year.
